To ensure fantastic outcomes, our Professional Services Team works in tandem with our Consulting Team and our clients directly to execute our Project Delivery Process.

Resource Allocation

  • Meet with the client to understand their needs and project goals.

  • Define the project’s scope, budget, and timeline, ensuring clear expectations from the start.

Implementation & Training

  • Execute the project plan with careful attention to detail through engaged project management.

  • Monitor progress and provide tight communication to ensure the project stays on time and on budget.

  • Training sessions are conducted to ensure that all users are prepared to leverage any new technologies or processes. The Connecting Point Support Desk Team also provides comprehensive support and troubleshooting to address any issues that may arise during the transition period.
