Ross Jordan brings decades of technical expertise to the team. As a Senior Network Engineer, Ross is responsible for designing and implementing advanced IT solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. Senior NOC Engineer
Jesse Rosales plays a critical role in maintaining the health and performance of our clients’ networks. As a Senior NOC Engineer, Jesse monitors and manages our suite of IT services which ensures optimal functionality and security and works in tandem with our Senior Leadership and technical staff to enhance and grow our suite of IT services and drive efficiency through our organization and our clients’ environments.

Jason Culotta helps clients navigate the complexities of IT strategy and implementation. As a Business Consultant, Jason works closely with clients to ensure our service delivery model is delivering maximum to each organization and works closely with them to develop tailored technology roadmaps to efficiently plan and execute on technology initiatives over time.
NOC Engineer
John Latham plays a crucial role in safeguarding client data and optimizing IT environments of our clients. As an NOC Engineer, John oversees our BDR (Backup and Disaster Recovery) systems, ensuring that client data is securely backed up and that recovery processes are quick and reliable. In addition to his responsibilities with BDR, John manages and fine-tunes our suite of IT management tools, maintaining the performance and functionality of client networks.
